1. Book Our Service 📅
Once you book, you'll receive an email with a link to schedule your 15-minute consultation call to learn more your tiniest guests.
2. Pre-Event Registration Survey 📝
Parents register their children online, sharing important info like allergies, emergency contacts, and a recent photo.
3. Optional Parent Survey 💬
Want a personalized experience? We’ll send a short pre-event survey to gather preferences, routines, or special requests for each child. *Mandatory if over 5 children
4. Easy Check-In at the Event 🎟️
Each child receives a tamper-proof bracelet. Our team verifies identity and welcomes them into the childcare space. The childcare space will be a designated area designated by the host.
5. Fun, Safe Playtime 🎨🧸
Kids enjoy curated activities, such as arts & crafts, games, and storytime, while our experienced team ensures they’re safe, happy, and engaged.
6. Secure Pick-Up🚸
Only authorized adults can check children out, using ID and digital or physical guardian verification. Safety is always our top priority.
